Jorge Hernandez showed me exactl I came to Mazda of Elk Grove with specifics in mind and left with the complete opposite. And I couldn't be happier. Jorge Hernandez showed me exactly what I thought I was looking for and then asked if he could show me a few different options. Well Jorge definitely knows what he is doing because the moment I sat in the car I knew that was the car for me & my daughter. He wasn't pushy like most car sales men are, he allowed me to take my time and wanted to make sure that I was going to be 100% satisfied when I drove away. After taking a week to make sure that this is what I absolutely wanted to do, Jorge was there to complete the sale. He worked around my schedule and had the car ready when I got there that night to purchase it. I can't thank Jorge Hernandez enough and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
