That's when Matt joined in. I had worked with Matt on my last Mazda lease three years ago and he honestly remembered the occasion with just a tiny hint! He and Melanie located the exact car my wife and I were wanting AND met my most exacting needs. Both were open and honest, easy to communicate with - addressing all concerns I expressed (without any B.S.) and making sure that the deal we made was the deal we got. My wife and I buy or lease vehicles about every 18 months and this is the first time I have not had to play the "walk out of the dealership" game to prove that I was serious about what I would and would not accept.
