I have been looking online for over a month for a car to replace the Ford Windstar I totaled. I had a very limited budget, meaning I could not exceed the amount of the insurance settlement. He talked to Garrett several times and Garrett put the car on hold for me until I could come up a day later for a test drive. I had a couple of very specific questions that Garrett researched and answered for me. During the test drive, as I asked more questions, he got the answers for me out of the owners manual, risking car sickness from reading. When we got back to the dealership from the test drive, Garrett introduced me to Grant and Steve. All of them were so friendly and helpful. I never had the feeling it was a hard sell. I was given options for paying, and filled out a fairly small amount of paper work and left happy with my new to me car. One thing I am absolutely pleased with, more than anything else. My husband came home and told me he really thought I'd like to see the Mazda 3's and 6's, so I called Matt today. He set up a time, so I wouldn't have to wait. My husband and I have completely different likes/dislikes about cars, so I wasn't very optimistic about finding anything I'd like. Boy, was I wrong! Matt asked me some key questions, and asked if I'd like to see the Mazda 6. Impressed with the features Matt described, I took it for a test drive. I am now the proud leaser of a 2014 Mazda 6 Grand Touring - and I LOVE it! I would also like to say, that I was apprehensive when Matt took me to the "finance" guy - I've had experiences in the past where they pressured me into getting things I didn't really need/want. Steve Wray is NOT that type of person! He made me feel comfortable, valued, and most importantly, he made me feel in charge of the entire proceedings. Both Matt and Steve should be commended for the way they treated me - with the utmost respect and dignity, anyone would want to receive when making a large purchase. They were both extremely friendly without being "fake", the way I've experienced other car leasing situations.
