Nice dealership, however I feel like they can be pushy with services that aren’t actually necessary for your vehicle. Though this varies from each service representative. I was a huge fan in recent years, talking most of my family members into buying a car here. But things have really been declining and I’m losing my trust particularly with the purchase of this last car family members into buying a car here. But things have really been declining and I’m losing my trust particularly with the purchase of this last car where I feel like there was a lot of manipulation that happened I’m not a super savvy business person, and I was taken advantage of. Part of which was paying for maintenance ahead of time despite my salesman and finance manager, knowing full well that I put a lot of miles on my car. Nobody told me that I would lose these maintenance packages at 60,000 miles so half of my money is about to just be wiped out and disappear and I feel like I have been cheated even further. Additionally, my oil change this week took 3 1/2 hours and you’re already an hour drive from me so disappointed and I won’t be recommending Mazda Elk Grove anymore. Put them in the freezer. More
