I honestly can’t remember how many times I’ve been to Mazda of Fort Myers, but I know that I’ve left many times with something forgotten or done incorrectly. The windshield washer fluid cap was left open Mazda of Fort Myers, but I know that I’ve left many times with something forgotten or done incorrectly. The windshield washer fluid cap was left open, it got caught in the alternator belt, and it ruined my battery. I had to replace it out of my own pocket. The coolant reservoir cap was also left open, and I found antifreeze splashed all over the inside of the hood. I’ve received wrong guidance, recommendations to replace parts that were actually perfectly fine, and despite telling them I was going on a long trip and to please check everything, I still found the coolant level below the low mark. I noticed it by chance and filled it myself. Although the staff are friendly and polite, this level of carelessness and lack of attention is not what I expect from a high‑end car brand’s own service center. I’m just glad I managed to get my car out of their service without any serious damage. Thank you. More
I had a very disappointing experience with Mazda of Fort Myers I arrived around 10 in the morning and stayed there until almost 5 PM and still could not complete the purchase because they said the vehicl Myers I arrived around 10 in the morning and stayed there until almost 5 PM and still could not complete the purchase because they said the vehicle was still being cleaned and detailed The whole process took way too long and there were multiple mistakes during the paperwork process including my address being entered incorrectly which forced them to redo documents again They also told me multiple times the car had been cleaned but when I saw the vehicle there were still visible marks and stains on the windows and the car did not feel properly prepared for delivery Then today I was told the key was not there which created even more frustration and confusion They also installed the license plate without a proper metal bracket and attached it using tape which looks unprofessional especially for a vehicle in this price range Overall I am very unhappy with the communication organization and delivery experience and expected much better customer service from a dealership like this More
