This dealership uses deceptive quoting practices. We worked through email to secure a full quote on a new Mazda CX-30. But when we arrived to buy the car, Rodrigo added over $1,200 to the price cla We worked through email to secure a full quote on a new Mazda CX-30. But when we arrived to buy the car, Rodrigo added over $1,200 to the price claiming that the quoted price was only available if we financed the full price of the car. We wanted to pay in full. Nowhere on the quote did it indicate there would be an upcharge. And nowhere did the quote indicate financing terms or interest rates. There were no special Mazda rates discussed or offered. They didn't even offering Mazda financing. Instead it was through another bank and the interest rates were very high. They simply did not honor their quote. They also tried to take away the $500 Mazda Loyalty rebate, even though it was listed separately in the quote, saying it was already included in another line called Discounts. Luckily we had a prior email to refute that. Their fees are also very high. In addition to a large Doc fee they add in two more large dealer fees. More

Went there first thing in the morning to buy a specific vehicle but they couldn't find the keys. We said we would be back and returned to the dealership 2 hours later. Guy at the front desk said he had t vehicle but they couldn't find the keys. We said we would be back and returned to the dealership 2 hours later. Guy at the front desk said he had to do a PO to have new key made and it would be done later. 4 hours later they called and said someone else is there to buy the truck. We asked how that could be since we specifically told them that we wanted to buy the truck today when we were there the first time. We went to the dealership and confronted them and they basically said too bad. The other person had already filled out a credit app and was test driving the vehicle. Who does a credit app before test driving? Shady, shady shady. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from them if it was FREE! More

I negotiated a price on a new vehicle and my wife and I drove an hour to the dealership. We had dealt with a sales associate, an assistant manager, and a sales manager. We had let them know we were coming drove an hour to the dealership. We had dealt with a sales associate, an assistant manager, and a sales manager. We had let them know we were coming in with a check from our own financing. We test drove the vehicle and negotiated my trade in. When it finally came to putting it all in writing the assistant manager stated they don't take outside financing. This check had even been discussed by the sales associate and him that day! This manager is a liar. If a person's word is no good, the person is no good. This dealership had the easiest sale you could want. All negotiations were done. All they had to do was take the check. They blew it, I walked. I have excellent credit and had already taken care of my finances. Had they been honest we could have worked things out but they wanted us to use their financing and pretended everything was fine to get us there. That manager should be unemployed. These are not the type of people to do business with. More

Wasted almost 3 hours there and left after three attempts to get a reasonable price. A "sales manager called me later that day. His heavy accent was very difficult to understand and his attitude was very condescending! Don't bother to take a trade in with you! They will not give you a fair price, even when they send you a mailer saying they "need 60 cars"! They never gave me the $10 promised on the mailer, just for coming in! Sales manager is a jerk. More
