My specific reason for a 4/5 is that the offered lease payments at the dealer on my vehicle were over double than what was advertised on the website, even when putting down a larger down payment and with excellent credit score. When I got into further conversations about the price it was made a bit clearer as to why, however this was a large surprise as I was a first-time car leaser. Overall, solid experience and hoped for more transparency on the lease payment. Thank you to this team for a good experience! More
