He said they would replace the battery free of charge; whatever. When it came down to getting a price that we could both agree on, Chase was still accommodating and understanding. His manager, Thomas, was completely and utterly rude, disrespectful, and did not take me seriously as a customer. He did not ask for my name nor shake my hand, he wanted $16,000 for a used car that was listed for $9,000, and told me he'd rather send the car to auction than sell it to me, and was not accommodating to negoitiations.
