***Stay away from all MORGAN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP dealerships*** Our sales rep was easy to work with through the test drive but only became difficult after that. To many hidden costs $3,000 for pa dealerships*** Our sales rep was easy to work with through the test drive but only became difficult after that. To many hidden costs $3,000 for paint protection on a used car they didn’t have receipts for it being applied again, bring your own financing if no special financing is offered by the manufacturer as they’ll say you only qualify for 9% until you buy their extended warranty. Car was not detailed, dirty outside/inside and trash on floors when it was delivered at 10pm when we wanted to leave after 4hrs. Had to do the leg work to push the dealer to push on the We Owes due to us. When I showed up in person to ask why there was a delay in the check owed to my us the finance guy became aggressive and just pointed to the emails he sent to finance. But when he felt my pressure he walked to finance instead of just sending an email and magically we had it 2 minutes later. Customer service doesn’t end when the car is driven off the lot, and when your the face of the company because you sold the car to the customer we don’t care why someone else hasn’t signed our check that needs 1 signature. Stop sending emails only and walk the 100ft and get it done in person cause you want your customer to buy another car again in the future. Find all hidden costs up front before you even drive the car so you can see they’re gonna rake you over the coals. Your $30k vehicle is actually $40k or more. We had Troy as our salesman, & I can not say one thing bad about him. He was flat out outstanding in every aspect. Troy was upfront & honest, caring, & made us feel like normal people. However the sales manager (Can’t remember his name) & business manager (either named Brendan or Brandon) were a different story. Sales manager came to our desk & tried to negotiate, after he caught on to us not being interested in what he offered, he said “Okay have a good day” in an extremely unprofessional tone and got up & walked away without shaking our hands (That rubbed the wrong way right there). We had left & came back to do business on another suv, we were stuck waiting in the lobby for a minimum of 2 hours while business manager (Brendan or Brandon) did computer work in his office in the back. Once we finally were shown to his office, he did not greet in a pleasant or polite manner nor did he shake our hands & introduce himself. He had a horrible vibe that immediately took effect & completely ruined our experience @ Mazda of Fort Myers. We got straight to paperwork & he made us feel less-than. There was a paper we had initially signed with Troy, our salesman, & I mentioned that I believe we had already taken care of that one. The business manager came back with a remark in a snarky tone of “I promise you haven’t buddy”. We were rushed throughout every bit of the paperwork to the point where I felt like I couldn’t even sign my name properly since he was anxiously waiting with stylus hovering above the accept to click it on his docupad. We felt as if we couldn’t even ask if we could slow down a little due to his demeanor. After all of the paperwork had been completed, Brendan/Brandon did not even say thank you for doing our business with their dealership, did not shake our hand at that point in time either, nor did he even ask if we would like to get a picture with our new vehicle. We were excited to go car shopping but we ultimately had our day ruined by those two individuals. I am not sure how those two have the roles that they do, but they lack professionalism & do not have the proper etiquette & demeanor. However like I said about Troy. He was top notch & I could not recommend a salesman more than him. Even though it is highly unlikely we will be doing continued business due to the two managers stated above, Troy would be the one & only reason I would even remotely consider returning & doing continued business with this dealership.
