Charles was a great salesman on demonstrating the car's abilities and addressing all concerns and issues. Bought the car on the spot with a smile. However, the dealership/service center needs to check over abilities and addressing all concerns and issues. Bought the car on the spot with a smile. However, the dealership/service center needs to check over the car more carefully as there were odb2 codes found on the car which needed to be addressed prior to presentation/test drive. One was low oil and the other was rear left sensor problem which Charles addressed immediately prior to my signoff..Had I not checked the codes with a scanner, it would have been potentially dangerous to drive home (2+hr drive with low oil on a turbo engine) or rear senor issue given its iactive technology dependencies. A separate 3 month trial xm subscription enablement process (post purchase)unrelated to Charles was another issue, but eventually resolved by his persistence to followup on post sale related issues. Charles took the time to enable mazda connect services which was a plus and was great in addressing all my identified issues that made this purchase a pleasure. More
