Didn't honor a financial agreement in writing I leased a Mazda CX-5 a month or so ago. Along with my agreement, Mazda agreed to absorb the disposal cost of my prior car lease with a different car I leased a Mazda CX-5 a month or so ago. Along with my agreement, Mazda agreed to absorb the disposal cost of my prior car lease with a different car dealer. This was put in writing upon signing of the lease. However, they have yet to follow through on their agreement. When I have called and inquired as to the status of my agreed-upon reimbursement, I am continually told there was a 'check processing error' and they apologize and it will come soon. I would not do business again with Mazda of New Rochelle. More
