They returned my vehicle with damge. Since I purchased my vehicle in 2007, I have had my vehicle serviced at the dealership for all work. On 8/4/17, I dropped my vehicle off for a routin Since I purchased my vehicle in 2007, I have had my vehicle serviced at the dealership for all work. On 8/4/17, I dropped my vehicle off for a routine oil change. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle, I observed a fresh gouge on the front bumper. When I returned to the service counter, I was asked for my copy of the service papers. A review of the papers revealed that no damage was listed anywhere on the front bumper when the vehicle was initially dropped off and inspected. The service person then offered to "buff" the damaged area. The vehicle was then returned to me with no change to the damaged area. I never received an apology or compensation for the damage. So I apparently paid to have my oil changed and my vehicle damaged. I can get that type to poor service anywhere, and cheaper. More

My service advisor was extremely fast and efficient getting me set up in the system, appreciative of my business, and pleasant first thing on a Saturday morning. To top it off, she said it would be about an hour and it took just shy of 50 minutes. Based on historical experience I would have added at least 30 minutes to the appointment. Great experience buying a 2017 Mazda 3 Sport I originally went to the Mazda dealer by my house, Hawk Mazda of Joliet, to pick out my first car. It was nice to start I picked a car, but they didn' I originally went to the Mazda dealer by my house, Hawk Mazda of Joliet, to pick out my first car. It was nice to start I picked a car, but they didn't have the color I wanted. It was a Saturday that I went, and the sales associate said it's no problem and that they'd have the color I wanted by Monday. That was perfect because I wasn't going to be able to go in until Tuesday morning anyways. However, that was not how it worked out when I went on Tuesday they still didnt have the car, and from what I witnessed they didn't even start looking for the car until I called and said I was on my way. So then the finance guy is trying to convince me to get it in a different color that they had on the lot, or an upgraded version. At that point I was extremely frustrated and unhappy, and left that dealership. Then I found out that the Mazda in Orland had the exact car I wanted, and although it was 45 minutes from my house it was worth the drive. So I called and told them about my awful experience and they were extremely polite and did as much as they could for me over the phone. When I got there all I had to do was sign paperwork, pick out what kind of insurance I wanted and drive off in my brand new car. They made it a fast and easy hassle free process, and I would definitely recommend going there. More
