I do recommend the dealership based on my *overall* experience but that doesn't mean there wasn't an issue. I was very clear about knowing ALL fees upfront as I did not want any surprises. Everything went smoothly until I went to the finance office. The employee was very pleasant and professional and then I noticed a charge of $299 for dealer installed VIN. I was told it was a charge for having the vin # etched on all the windows. This is not something that I asked for or was advised would be in my fees. I tried to challenge it but didn't really get anywhere. I Googled it later and it comes up online...multiple places as something a consumer has the right to refuse. I am left wondering: Why wasn't I given that right? It's not a huge amount but it's my hard earned money. It is for that reason I did not rate the dealership as excellent and almost didn't recommend it. I was even considering adding some accessories but now I don't know. More

2010 CX9 Mazda Service - Purchased 1/2014 Went in for a leak issue. Turns out it was the PTU Unit. Would cost $1554 to repair. Of course they also found other issues, such as tie rod which Went in for a leak issue. Turns out it was the PTU Unit. Would cost $1554 to repair. Of course they also found other issues, such as tie rod which required alignment and rear axle seal replacement total repair $2000, asked if that included labor/parts and he said yes. Did some research and found out PTU was a known issue as of 4/2014. Unfortunately, it took my car until 103k miles which is over the 100k mile CPO warranty (expire 1/23/17). I called corporate to complain and they gave me a $400 credit. I felt it was a known issue and still should have been 100% covered under CPO warranty. When I picked up the vehicle they added sales tax which I was then told was not included in total estimate. They need to clarify the estimate does not include tax. So I felt my $400 credit was down to $300. They did give me a loaner which helped me to commute to work. As they say, stand behind your product! Love my CX9 and thought about trading it in without paying for reapirs and buying something new but I just couldn't let it go. ZOOM ZOOM!! More

Dont waste your time going here Went in to inquire about the new Miata. Looked at the sticker and saw these "silly" dealer add ons. He referred me to Dan and stated "he will take good care of you". I was a bit apprehensive since all of my other car purchases was walk in and they already had a car picked out for me. Dan ask a few "get to know me questions" and then proceeded to ask me what I was looking for and what options I wanted! The entire process was not as long as I thought it would be and Dan was very thorough in explaining my purchase as well as go over all the bells and whistles the car came with so I would get a head start on driving my new Mazda CX-5 without a lot of confusion. I can't wait to have a friend or family member tell me they are buying a new car. I will definitely recommend CJ Wilson Mazda. Hopefully they will be able to get Dan as the Salesperson. More
