Disappointed in Pricing I have always had a nice relationship with Edyta. She always treats me well. I can go to Jiffy Lube and get the same service for almost half the price. They wanted to sell an air filter for $49.00. Iwas able to buy one at Oreillys for $12.00 an install it myself,inless than 5 minutes.My wife;s car is a CX5 and we love it.It is the 3rd. car we have bought from you dating back when you were Community Mazda. I just get very irritated when all I want is an oil change ,and then be told about everything else that should be done. Most of unecessary. My trade in was undervalued, optional add-ons included, inflated the price, then looked like discounts when removed. Bottom line, I paid perhaps as much as $1500 more than I should have. It's entirely my fault, I should have walked away, but I love the car and I will still take it there for service. I don't want to identify the salesman, it's not his fault and he was very helpful showing me the car features, programming my Bluetooth, etc. My advice: Be smart, prepare beforehand, check truecar and kelly's blue book etc., then make your deal! More
