Jack in finance work hard to put me in the vehicle that I wanted. He was very helpful with answering any questions that I had. The man that went through all document signing with me was also very helpful in answering questions and very honest with helping me with gap insurance and things to that nature. The sales team is very layer back and not pushy like most. I got a great car at a price much lower than any other competitors around. She has since then been extremely quick (within minutes) responding by email whenever I have a question about services or scheduling. Mike Mockaitis in finance got me a great rate on my loan and was very helpful in explaining what everything I was signing actually meant. Terrible service This man oscar is a terrible worker. He tried to cheat me off $50. I came in 1 time before to check up on my radio, *note that my car was still under This man oscar is a terrible worker. He tried to cheat me off $50. He told me that the problem was caused due to water damage and that my warrenty wouldnt be able to cover it. So i went to thw oak lawn mazda to see if they could do anything with it. They had no problems, fixed my radio under warrenty no questions asked.. Its just wierd to me why cj wilson mazda wanted to charge me $50 to check on it. More
