Needs improvement First time car buyer from a dealership. Was prepared to purchase after 5 hours when I was notified that the car that was described was in fact not the car that I had chosen and it would be a longer wait to receive the vehicle. Decided to go with a different model in the preferred color and year, but to my knowledge was still not the exact car that was described, being the touring with tech package or at least some additional features as it was described to me as being fully loaded. Still have not received a response from the sales associate nor the general manager, which both emailed me right away regarding any concerns I had about the vehicle, which I do. I had heard and read good reviews about this dealership, but now after purchasing a vehicle from them and receiving no response or acknowledgment, I highly doubt I will be a returning customer. More

Great Experience very satisfied with the entire experience. Showroom vehicles got my blood pumping and the selection out in the lot was seemingly never-ending.
