I was under the impression that the car I had purchased from (salesman John JD Duenskie) was fully inspected before it was given to me...after spending 6 hours at the dealership we left feeling everything from (salesman John JD Duenskie) was fully inspected before it was given to me...after spending 6 hours at the dealership we left feeling everything had be taken care of....not even 17 hours into having the car, the battery completely dies while I'm at work..in 90 degree weather i'm stuck in the heat and I needed to call their company's third party tow truck. To my surprise either the vin # or policy number is still under the former owner of the vehicle. Now, I'm unable to get a tow back to the dealership until they update that information and so that I'm not charged for it explained by the roadside assistant rep. I was so excited to have this car, but now I'm having second thoughts and reconsidering if this situation from the battery to the misplaced information is something I'll encounter again. I'm new to the Mazda family and this wasn't the type of customer service or issues I would've expected at all. On a positive note Rodney from Finance was very pleasant and made me along with my family and friend very comfortable, explaining everything in detail. Salesman JD however must've felt rushed since we were there until closing that all this information mix up how now occurred. I'm confused and left with more questions then answers as I haven't heard back from anymore concerning the matter. More

First of all let me say how much I hate shopping for a new car. Literally the biggest headache the past 3 weeks. Fast forward to my experience at Mazda of Palm Beach which was absolutely amazing. Before I even stepped foot into the showroom, Phil Edwardo greeted my dad and I out front. After inquiring about a CPO Mazda 6, I was out on a test drive in less than 10 min. Upon returning, Phil presented us with numbers that were extremely fair. No add on nonsense. I can not say enough good things about Phil and our entire sales transaction. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and time efficient. The while process was very quick and painless- I was out of there in less than 2 hrs. My dad said to me the day after, "now THAT is how a car sale transaction SHOULD be done. Phil was great". Considering my dad is a huge car enthusiast with very little patience, that tells a lot. I am still floored as to how easy and dare I even say, enjoyable the whole experience was. I will recommend Phil Edwardo to anyone looking for a new car solely on my amazing experience and way above average customer service!! Thank you again, Phil. You were great and I love my car!! I would like to say this was an overall great excellent experience and Todd Holcomb was a great salesman to work with and would suggest working with him to anyone. I dealt with the very rude salesman, Joshua LaBarre and his hard to understand raspy smokers voice manager John Cantoni. Joshua misrepresented the pre-owned Mazda3 that I drove 1 hour to come look at. He t his hard to understand raspy smokers voice manager John Cantoni. Joshua misrepresented the pre-owned Mazda3 that I drove 1 hour to come look at. He told me that it came with a 7 year, 100,000 mile warranty from date of purchase. It had 94k miles on it and I asked if that means it would be covered until 2027 or 194,000 miles and he responded "sure". When another manager told me something different, I became confused and didn't want to purchase until it was clarified about the warranty Joshua had told me about buying CPO. When a very kind finance manager explained the CPO warranty started from the first owner original purchase date I was very confused why Joshua had lied to me. I told Josh I was no longer interested in purchasing the Mazda3 he got very rude and confrontational. He told me that I wasted his time and he could have been dealing with someone else who would have bought and not wasted his time. I didn't understand why he was so upset because he told me that he was paid on salary and not commission. I guess this was a lie too. In 45 years of buying cars, I have never dealt with such a rude sales man and his manager John Cantoni would pull his COVID-19 mask off his face while speaking 2 feet away from me.... Stay away from this place, social distancing is unknown here and the salesman and managers are rude liars. More
