On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being terrible and 10 being perfect, completely satisfied, I would give JD an 8. I didn't have the best car to trade in. In JD's words it was really a "junk car," yet he and the dealership credited be twice what they should have. I think that was more than fair. Plus, JD showed me the carfax report on my trade in, which showed me what my car had been through, which was news to me. JD gave me little perks for my new purchase. He put on a new tire, told me they put new brakes on, and took care of the DMV certification process, so I avoided the DMV headache(nightmare). He was honest with me in his lack of knowledge of this electric car I purchased, which I appreciated. I did my own research on it beforehand. I didn't feel any pressure from JD or the dealership. I don't like high pressure sales environments, so that was nice. More
