Great car buying experience!! I traveled from N Florida to buy my preowned Chevy Camaro from Mazda of Palm Beach! They had a great website that really helped me decide on my vehicl I traveled from N Florida to buy my preowned Chevy Camaro from Mazda of Palm Beach! They had a great website that really helped me decide on my vehicle. Then once I was interested, they were wonderful to work with. Bill was the first person I worked with and he was great. He answered all of my questions and were super easy to complete my purchase. Then I worked with JD. He was super nice and helpful. I came to get it on a weekend and they had it detailed and the process went very smooth. Most all of it was done online and over the phone so I was only at the dealership for like 1 1/2 hrs and I left with my new to me car! JD sent me pictures and videos via text it really helped me in my car buying decision. JD was so great and met me at the door. The finance manager David Fox was super easy to work with as well. Thank you so much! More

Dealership Yes - Beal, No! Purchased a pre-cert. When we arrived to pick up the car, things were missing, owners manual, valve stem caps, wheel lug lock key, and essentially a s Purchased a pre-cert. When we arrived to pick up the car, things were missing, owners manual, valve stem caps, wheel lug lock key, and essentially a salesman that knew nothing about the car. Beal comes out annoyed that we actually had the gall to ask where the lug lock key was, his answer, “They are run flats” further states that the car doesn’t come with a jack. He then says that they will place regular lug nuts on. When I protested and stated that I purchased a car with lug locks, that’s what I want on it. After leaving the dealership and got home, we realized that the auto doesn’t have run flats. My wife calls and speaks with Beal. He stated he never said that - we have a total of four people that heard him say that. So now he was just lying. My wife mentioned Lemon Law, he stated that since we brought up “attorney” he can’t talk with us (attorney was never used by us). He then states to both of us on speaker phone that he would sell me run flats at his cost, and that he wouldn’t be back to work for six days. I explained that I am not paying for something he said I had. He then states neither is he. When I started giving him a chronological event to him - he hung up on my wife and I. My wife called corporate who then called Beal to get the dealerships managements email for us. He gave his corporate agent a hard time also. The next day my wife spoke with another manager at the dealership that was 180 degrees from Beal and is currently working with us. This guy Beal has no reason to be in the customer interaction business. He comes off as a stereotypical used car salesman. How this guy made management is beyond me. More

As a 30 year Certified Property Appraiser you can be sure I did my research! This is the place and these are the guys if you want a Mazda in Florida! More

Our salesman Phil Schleede did an excellent job Phil was patient and helpful when a friend and I visited to purchase a new Mazda 3. I enjoyed working with him. He was not high-pressure, and neither Phil was patient and helpful when a friend and I visited to purchase a new Mazda 3. I enjoyed working with him. He was not high-pressure, and neither was the gentleman who talked to us about possible after-factory add-ons, including an extended warranty, which we are purchasing. I think we got a very fair price. The only negatives: There was a surprising delay when I visited solely to drop off a check after the price was determined. I guess the cashier was backed up. When we returned the next day to sign the final paperwork, there were more delays than expected when it was time to see the next guy in the process after Phil, the salesman. More
