I would stay away this dealership! They just play games. We found some great prices on the internet for their 2017, Mada6 cars and had a great conversation with a sweet Sales person William Hicks yesterday. We found some great prices on the internet for their 2017, Mada6 cars and had a great conversation with a sweet Sales person William Hicks yesterday. Unfortunately Will was off today so told us to ask Dan the Internet Manger to email us with an out the door price on whatever we were interested in. We asked Dan Aheadn to email us with an out the door price on 3 of their cars.. When I received the email I found that the starting price on 2 of them increased by $1000 i.e. $15,539 instead of the online price of $14,539. I tried to call Dan to discuss the same as we were driving from Tampa to buy their car but they kept playing games and Bill kept saying that Dan was in a meetings and would call me back which Dan never did. When I discussed the quotes sent by Dan, Bill started trying to justify the quote saying it’s based on financing but that there would be a $1000 discount on all of the Internet Managers quotes sent to me if we took their financing. When I said I would take the Gray Mazda 6 which they priced at the internet price of $14,539 ( Out the door price of $17,191) on the written quote emailed to me they refused to honor the price despite knowing that we were half way there driving from Tampa. Dan said that they could not honor the quote he emailed us because it was a mistake. I said he could call me back after talking to his Manager but he never did when we were in the process of negotiating on a price. We tried going to the delearship and he didn’t work with us. After we left I called them back and I asked to talk with the General Manager and was told he was out of the office. I consequently spoke to the Sales Manager, James Bole over the phone and instead of apologizing for their mistake he was just rude and self righteous! I am now waiting for a phone call from their General Manager and would like to see how much he cares about Customer satisfaction and earning peoples business and trust! More

Kellie was knowable about the car that I was interested in and informed me all about its specialized features. Additionally, during the test drive Kellie pointed out safety features and made sure that if I purchased the car I would know how to use everything. Furthermore, not only was she knowledgeable but she had a personality that helped make the process enjoyable instead of stressful. Overall, I would recommend Mazda of Palm Beach because it offers great customer service and good deals without the aggressive stereotypical car salesperson attitude. I love my new CX-5! More
