Great Expierience My lease was expiring with KIA and decided to start looking early so I would have an idea of what I would be interested in when the time came. I started with the Toyota Camry, and then the Honda Accord Followed by the Nissan Altima and all were adequate cars, but nothing made me feel impulsive and ready to lease my next vehicle. I was on my way to Kia when I saw the Mazda Dealership, at this point I had not given a Mazda a thought I walked into the showroom and I saw the Mazda 6 Grand Touring and it was literally love at first sight. I loved the design, color and spaciousness when I sat inside. I felt like I was sitting in a high end luxury car! I knew I had to have it in my garage, I started speaking with Todd Holcomb the sales rep. And from the start Todd was friendly and made me feel relaxed and explained the car thoroughly. I took the car for a test drive and it drove beautifully and I New that I would be driving it home. Thanks to all at the Mazda Dealership for making it an easy great experience! More

Inaccurate ad on net-but eventually did the right thing I purchased what was supposed to be an ecoboost premier ford mustang late in the evening. The major upgrades that were on the carfax report were not I purchased what was supposed to be an ecoboost premier ford mustang late in the evening. The major upgrades that were on the carfax report were not in the car. No heated and cooled seats, no turn signal mirrors, no heated door mirrors, no overhead console, no integrated garage door opener. So the so called carfax pricing was totally inaccurate because car did not have hardly any of the features they claimed it had. Terrible misrepresentation Car is not a premier vechicle stated it was on carfax and was priced as such. i PRINTED the ad off the internet - it clearly states car has heated/cooled seats, integrated garage door opener dimming rear view, heated door mirrors and more. The dealership did allow me to return the car and refunded my money. They say the VIN was coded inaccurately and they had not input on the actual ads. More

Certified pre-owned follow up I submitted the below review for information to others buying certified pre-owned vehicles. The dealer responded to give them a call to remedy the sit I submitted the below review for information to others buying certified pre-owned vehicles. The dealer responded to give them a call to remedy the situation. I called and was told t bring in the car to upgrade it to a newer vehicle or for me to prove the vehicle was damaged. No a real good solution. We will keep the car, lesson learned that certified pre-owned form this dealer does not mean accident or damage free just a clean CarFax. If the person pays for the damage on the vehicle to be repaired and there is no police report there is a clean CarFax. Be careful. While I believed the dealership to be fair and straight forward I can not say there 160 point certified pre-owned inspection is of much value. Sales staff was straight forward. Purchased Certified Pre-Owned" - Jl@54321 I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 Certified pre-owned vehicle. I worked with JD who was straight forward and pleasant to deal with. The Carfax they showed me showed no prior accidents which is need to be certified pre-owned. We found the vehicle had been a rear end accident prior to us buying the vehicle and we have had problems with the rear hatch closing. The was also a chip in the windshield that was missed on their certified inspection and when I called I left a message about the issue follow-up was promised but no one ever called back. Service Writer Candice Hamilton, Salesman Todd Holcomb and Tech Deuel couldn't have been more pleasant, timely and accommodating. They look you in the eye, give you all the pertinent facts and don't employ high pressure tactics in order to empty your wallet. They're just genuinely nice people that actually seem to care about the customer-a rarity in this industry. I will return for these reasons alone. By the way, the 2019 Mx-5 is a sweet little car!
