Spoke with Aaron over the phone to tell that i wanted to check the CX9s. I was a saturday afternoon and the dealership was quite busy. Worked with Aaron and was then assisted by Bell . We sat in a vehicle and they went over all of the features, answered my questions. Their product knowledge was very high. Bell handled our test drive and then worked on my trade in as well. The CX9 Grand Touring was very much like the Acura but had all of the tech and driver assistance features that I wanted. We settled on a price and the paperwork was a breeze with the paperless system they use. My afternoon with Aaron and Bell was great and despite how busy it was, I never felt rushed. The took all the time I needed and it definitely felt like we were just talking about cars and never about, " how can I sell you something today"...I would reccommed the Mazda line and with working with Aaron and / or Bell. They were great More

Before we went on a test drive he explained all the features on the car. He was funny and relatable and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sale me anything. He listened to everything I stated I wanted on the car and was able to find one with the exact match. I believe the finance guy name was Anthony he was also great talked me into getting the gap insurance and gap coverage. Also spoke with Kieth and he was amazing as well. I am in love with my car definitely will be back in the future and I traveled an hour to come to this dealership from Clayton County and it was worth the drive. More
Great customer service! My experience started out well with the dealership agreeing to fix some issues on the body of the car I was buying for my son. They did a good job fi My experience started out well with the dealership agreeing to fix some issues on the body of the car I was buying for my son. They did a good job fixing the body issues. However, they kept the car for five weeks and it came back with some slight damage that was not there when I dropped it off, a large scratch on the roof and some "curb rash" on the right rear wheel. They polished out the scratch on the roof and agreed to repair the damage on the wheel. I understand that it's hard to keep a car at a body shop for five weeks without additional scratches, bumps, etc. and I was grateful that they agreed to fix the damage. More
