I did not appreciate sitting around for hours waiting for people, this was a cash deal and I made it ve Much too little regard for the customers time. I did not appreciate sitting around for hours waiting for people, this was a cash deal and I made it vert clear that I was under time pressure (has a flight to catch), but there was no regard for this. It was so bad we has to forgo having the car detailed. You need to rethink your process, the customer should not be inconvenienced by your internal controls. Tom Ronan More
