Friendly, Fast, & FUN Car Buying Experience! I recently bought my Mazda CX-5 from Mazda of Roswell after visiting a couple of other dealerships. When I walked into the beautiful new showroom, Ter I recently bought my Mazda CX-5 from Mazda of Roswell after visiting a couple of other dealerships. When I walked into the beautiful new showroom, Terry greeted me right away, and talked me through the whole process with my needs in mind. As a young professional, this was my first big purchase since college and Terry was the perfect guy for the job - he has a daughter close to my age, so I really appreciated his concern for my wants, needs, and safety when it came to features of the car. Louis was also a great help during my first visit, and he let me take the car home for the night to test it out and see what I really thought - I came back the next day ready to take her ("Pearl") home!! Anthony walked me through the finishing touches in Finance, and he was great with explaining all the available packages while being patient and not over-doing a sales pitch. All in all, I was SO pleased with my experience and I highly recommend Mazda of Roswell to anyone in the market for a Mazda! More

We all decided when thinking back on favorite cars that Mazda was the one! So after looking at several different brands I went to Mazda Roswell. The new dealership is beautiful and the staff were knowledgeable, laid back ,down to earth friendly and helpful. Phillip Alvim , our salesman,helped me look at,drive and determine what model i liked the best. I ended up choosing a 2018 CX5. My husband ended up also leaving the dealership the next day with a C6 signature series as well ! Purchasing and leasing offers were both excellent for each vehicle. The dealership was not high pressure at all but rather just helpful ,fair and easy going. We both drove away happy. Thank you to Everyone from our salesman Phillip to owner Sheldon , Clevelin in management, Otis in sales and Anthony in finance as well as all of those who prepped our car . Salesman Very Knowledgeable, Quick, & Very Pleasant Dealership was very clean, quiet and professional. I thought it would take longer and they were prepared every step of the way. They explained everything in a way a layman could understand and answered questions cheerfully and even anticipated questions I didn't know I had. I never felt pushed to make a decision. Bobby Mack is an awesome young man and a credit to our country as a Marine. I am proud to have known him and to have had him as my Salesman. Louis was also superb as our finance manager. He explained everything in detail and made sure we understood everything before it was signed. He made it very easy and very fast. More

Great customer service I was able to schedule an appointment in two days which is much sooner than expected. The remodeled center looks awesome!
