Aaron being very knowledgeable about the sales event and was able to answer any questions I had before i came in and when i got there, he also gave me great advice for future references ! Otis helping me out and being honest with my credit app and broke everything down so I would Understand. He gave me great advice as well and made sure I didnt Leave disappointed ! And at the end meeting with the finance manager Louis giving me the best deals and making sure everything was to my satisfaction!! I am absolutely overwhelmed with joy with this team!!! I recomend everyone who is looking to purchase a new or use vechicle to go to Mazda Roswell!! You will not be disappointed!! More

Does not keep their word Before walking into the dealership, we agreed to a purchase price for the vehicle I wanted. Dealer also agreed to accept payment with a credit card. After arriving, I liked the vehicle, but they asked if I would consider financing because it would help them. The dealer then proceeds to screw up my financing (by entering the wrong SS#), and then they refuse to accept payment with my credit card. They insist it has to be check or cash. When I get upset and ask to speak with a manager, I am told they are too busy and no one can talk to me. Horrible customer service! No wonder car dealers get such a bad reputation. More

Love the new look! I have used the service department previously while the dealership was under a remodel. I love the new upgrades! Everything looks clean and sleek! I received the usual great service that I count on-I was in and out for an oil change in 45 minutes and the price is competitive with my local "quick oil change" store. I am driving over an hour to use Roswell Mazda because I love the people that staff their service department. Well done once again! More
A simple oil change ...didn't begin well. I changed my appointment over the phone & well I rolled up they couldn't find it. No problem, they graciously changed my oil any ...didn't begin well. I changed my appointment over the phone & well I rolled up they couldn't find it. No problem, they graciously changed my oil anyway. No big deal, except: 1) the service advisor who couldn't find my appointment came back to me later to say the problem had been found (software issue) and a ticket would be opened to get it fixed. That demonstrates a real dedication to problem-solving, which is what you need when you bring your car in for service. What's more, this reassured me that they sweat the details when it comes to customer engagement - they didn't want me to walk out the door with the impression that they were not in control of and concerned with the entire customer experience. Yeah, they _so_ get me. 2) I've had a recurring & intermittent problem that is annoying but not incapacitating. We've worked hard to solve it but no luck. The service advisor asked me if the problem had recurred since my last visit and even though I am tired of chasing a minor annoyance, I had to be truthful and answer yes. That prompted the service manager to come over & introduce himself, then arrange to schedule a return visit to go after the annoyance one more time - with a loaner while they look at it. Why? Because they hold to the belief that technical problems have technical solutions & won't give up! Stuff like this maintains my respect for Mazda & Mazda of Roswell at the near-stratospheric level. 3) I actually found myself smiling as I left...even though it was a simple oil change. Here's to every time things have gone perfectly (and therefore forgettably) on a service visit...and I'm satisfied that when things don't go smoothly (and therefore forgettably), this team is doing their utmost to keep me satisfied. More
