Mazda of Roswell responded

Unfortunately Roadloans did not approve your loan. Their parent company Santander did approve the loan but with higher rates and significant money down due to the negative equity from your trade in. You completed the credit application and received approval from one of our other lenders. They also had a slightly higher rate but did the approval with the negative equity and what you considered a manageable amount of money down. You are welcome to keep the car and deal if you can come up with the money down but the last thing we would like is for you to leave with a car/deal you are less than satisfied with. Please think about it for a little and let us know how you would like to proceed.

I completed a credit application ONLY AFTER ADAMANTLY telling the salesman that I DID NOT WANT my credit to be ran b/c I had my own financing. If that loan was not approved or was at a high rate, that is for me to decide. I NEVER EVER EVER gave Mazda of Roswell permission to run my credit through any of their own banks. EVER. I asked two different people why my rate or terms were different, and no one said "b/c road loans did not approve your loan" (which it is already approved). Deceptive practices. Lying people Also - when I tried to discuss with the "internet manager" - he talked over me. When I had to talk loudly to ask him to let me finish my sentence, he said "we are going to make a deal that you will talk respectfully to me or i will hang up" My response was "will you make a deal to not interrupt me" to which he CONTINUED to interrupt me to say he would not make that deal until I said I wouldn't yell I have tried NUMEROUS TIMES to call back and speak with HIS manager - and he answers the phone each time and hangs up on me without offering me his manager's name. This is not the last you will hear from me
