I have always used Mazda of Roswell for servicing my Miata that I bought at that dealership. I appreciate their providing a ride to and from my nearby office while car is being serviced. Lydia, the driver, was especially courteous and considerate of my time. Service technician was factual and helpful. Took car in on 08/04/21 for oil change, they also rotated tires and informed me of need to change spark plugs. Latch cover for convertible top had come loose in late 2019. I prepaid ~$200 for dealer to order replacement. Wrong part arrived during covid isolation. I called dealer to inform of wrong part, they said bring it back and they would restock or replace. When I returned this week they said no returns after 30-days. Very disappointing. While I may return for servicing, I will be wary of ordering parts and definitely not prepay for parts. More

I wasn't going to write a review but you keep bothering me so here goes... 1) Schedule an appointment - two weeks out. Wow! Okay... 2) Arrive for one hour appointment. Sit in waiting room for 2 1/2 befo me so here goes... 1) Schedule an appointment - two weeks out. Wow! Okay... 2) Arrive for one hour appointment. Sit in waiting room for 2 1/2 before anyone ever comes 3) Someone finally comes to tell me that they need to keep my car. Not sure why it took 2 1/2 hours to tell me that. 4) Send me home with driver, this is a Tuesday, never hear a single word from the service department. I finally call Thursday afternoon... "yeah, yeah - parts are on order they should come tomorrow. Might have the car tomorrow evening. Saturday at the worst." 5) No word Friday 6) No word Saturday 7) I call Tuesday. "yeah, we're done but we can't find the key. We're investigating will let you know" 8) No word 9) Call Thursday - a week and a half later. "We're done but we're still investigating what happens with the key. Will call back soon." 10) Soon comes and goes. I need to leave town. Told the guy on the phone so. 11) Am leaving town, half way through the city... ring - your car is ready! Best part, the car still has issues. Service manager sent me a follow up email. I responded telling him that I have the same issues that I did when I came in. He never responded. Nice job lads. How about that for a review? Please stop pestering me. More
