BUT at Mazda Wesley Chapel, I experienced WONDERFUL customer service from the moment I walked in and was greeted by my salesman, Charlie Epting Jr., to the moment I was handed the keys to my 2020 Mazda3. It was a VERY refreshing change in my experience compared to other dealerships I had visited. Everyone I interacted with at this location was friendly, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, eager to make me happy and earn my business, and an overall pleasure to work with. It was quite the hassle-free process, and one I am VERY happy with. I felt taken care of and appreciated as a loyal Mazda customer. I wasn't pressured to make a rushed decision or pushed to go with anything other than *what I wanted*.
