When i arrived in the evening, the advisors were backed up. They clearly were tired. They had no umph about them even with 4 other clients standing around and cars out the garage. He started blasting out orders and immediately came over to me and helped. I had the Volkswagon. He will remember me. Hopefully he's a manager because I would want him on my team. More
Communication was terrible. Dropped off car on 4/13 as arranged per BJ Smith. I checked in my car with Ed (service bay). He apparently didn't understand what I needed. I did tell him that BJ knew about it, in fact, I communicated with BJ and BJ told me he would talk to Ed and explain what was needed. I couldn't reach Ed by text or phone for the rest of the day and the next day morning. At that point Ed called said he originally thought I needed a wheel replacement and couldn't schedule the wheel repair until around 4/16 or so, at which point I picked up the car (4/14) with two days waisted. I spoke with Josh about this a couple days ago. More
I was embarrassed for the service advisor team. Their manager read them the riot act while customers were waiting. I don’t Need to see how the sausage is made. Also if you’re having another customer complaining and I’m waiting almost 30 minutes to get my car back move me to the next associate. I doubt after buying 4 cars and watching this mess, I’ll be back for the 5th. More
