I came in for an oil change. I mentioned that my Sirius radio wasn't working consistently. The technician tried to perform an update but messed up my entire computer/navigation s I mentioned that my Sirius radio wasn't working consistently. The technician tried to perform an update but messed up my entire computer/navigation system and then couldn't restore it. They are telling me that the part is on backorder and may be 2-3 months. I have no radio, no navigation, no cameras, etc. None of those items were broken before coming into the dealership. More

I contacted McCluskey to schedule service as that is where I purchased my vehicle and thought I had to use my extended warranty there. My first issue is that you can get an “appointment” almost immediat where I purchased my vehicle and thought I had to use my extended warranty there. My first issue is that you can get an “appointment” almost immediately which is nice but it’s not really an “appointment or reserved time-slot.” I asked the rep when scheduling how this works and was basically told when you drop your vehicle off that is what puts your vehicle in line to be serviced. Then they should contact you within 2-3 days with a diagnosis. I agreed and scheduled to bring my vehicle in. When I got there to drop off my vehicle I was informed that I would need to agree to three diagnostic fees each costing about $179. I expressed frustration that no one informed me of this when I called to schedule nor did I want to commit to almost $600 worth of diagnostic fees if it’s not something covered under my warranty. Not only that but I had my vehicle in there before about 18 months prior for the same issues and I was told you could not replicate the issue so nothing was done about it. The rep that I worked with at that time (Savannah) stated I had a fantastic extended warranty and to bring my vehicle back in if the issue were to persist and they could replace the infotainment system and that I’d be responsible for a deductible of $100-$200. There is an electrical issue going on with my vehicle. It’s effecting several different parts of my vehicle but that shouldn’t mean that I have to pay a bunch of diagnostic fees for that. So essentially I had the electrical issue looked into since that’s what I had brought it in for prior. Then you come back with the issue as a rear lift gate camera which of course isn’t covered under my warranty. I’m not disputing that that’s a potential issue but it’s definitely not the cause of all the issues I’ve experienced the last year and a half. I spoke to a manager named Gary D. who essentially wouldn’t listen and recommended that I come get my vehicle since I didn’t trust them. So that’s exactly what I did. I picked up my vehicle and I’ll take my business elsewhere. More
