I usually get a bunch of back and forth on different vehicles when going into dealerships, but Tony really went to work to get me the vehicle I really wanted. I had a perfectly fine Jeep that I just bought a few months ago, so I wasn’t pressed to get into a new vehicle, but I told my wife, if they got me into exactly what I wanted, i would go ahead and get it. Everything went well until I was taken to OnStar. ..The female working there was very unprofessional, would not identify herself, gave me no info.She acted as though I was wasting her time..Eye Rolls ..The female working there was very unprofessional, would not identify herself, gave me no info.She acted as though I was wasting her time..Eye Rolls etc.. also had a call into the area supervisor for OnStar Lydia. She did not return to my call, which explains why this person acted the way she did. She's learning these traits from her supervisor. Very very disappointed More
