This place is a joke rude liars and garbage vehicles they run your credit in house telling you that it don't affect your credit score and then it does. I saw a used vehicle online, I call them to confirm that they had it and they said yes. I went ahead and set an appointment. When I got to the place, the salesman that was assigned to me was nothing but he they had it and they said yes. I went ahead and set an appointment. He had no clue about the appointment o what I was there for, he did not show any interest in working and to make it even better, the vehicle was in a different location. So I was already waisting my time. The guy offered me to go the their other location and drive the vehicle back from there or they could have someone bring it and have it there in around 1 hour. I told him I wouldn't rather him to call me when the vehicle was there. After waiting 2 hours, never got a call or text. I went back my self. I ask for the guy to the lady at the front desk and she told he would be right out. After waiting 20 minutes and neither the lady or no one helped me I decided to leave. On my way out I did see the vehicle, it had a huge bump on the back which did not show on the pictures or information on their website's advertise. I waisted a whole afternoon of my time in this place because of probably one of the most useless and laziest guys in the company. Funny end, one hour after leaving, the guy texted and asked me if I was still there... Like I had nothing better to do than wait for his laziness. More

I took my car in Monday morning for an appointment at 1:30pm. When scheduled a car loaner was requested at that time. Ryan stated it wasn’t listed on the paperwork for initial setup. I received my loaner vehicle and was anticipating a call in the afternoon. I received no such call or text message of the issue with my vehicle. Therefore, I called to understand the issue. The representative managing my vehicle was not there. I received a call Tuesday morning stating that they are able to discuss my vehicle now and I should expect my car to stay overnight if I get a loaner. Nothing in regards to my issue, no apology for getting back more than 12 hours later. Was my car even looked at during my scheduled time? Doesn’t feel like it. My car is under the bumper to bumper warranty and I was advised I have to pay to get my vehicle defect repaired. In reviewing the manufacture warranty, vehicle defects are covered. In speaking with multiple Chevy dealerships, this issue is covered under warranty. What is the point of a warranty that is bumper to bumper? There is no explanation of this to me provided. My cars will never be serviced here moving forward. The lack of communication and lack of customer care is unbelievable. More
