Why on gods green earth are coupons not automatically applied and your service writers have know clue on said coupons? This makes you look like a crook when I see an oil change for 90 dollars and your se applied and your service writers have know clue on said coupons? This makes you look like a crook when I see an oil change for 90 dollars and your service people are quoting at 200 and being told that they have no clue what I’m talking about. Then I had to text three different people to get the coupon approved that you have advertised on your site. On top of that they tried to say they are doing me a favor by applying it toward my truck because it doesn’t meet what the coupon says even though it clearly does. More
