Sales people are really nice, and Sierra was fantastic. I got a great deal on a beautiful vehicle. Quick Lane is great, too. But the service department was very frustrating. I had originally come in to get my truck serviced for a check engine light. Made the appointment last week. Took off a day of work and arrived at 0745 for a 0800 apt. By COB, they hadn’t even looked at the truck, and said I might have to leave it there for a couple of days before they could get to it. The service rep was perfectly fine with that being “the process.” Like it’s no big deal for people to take off of work and be without a vehicle for a few days. If I hadn’t traded in my truck, I’d still be waiting. More
