My husband and I had an excellent experience buy a beautiful 2017 Explorer. We were just going to go window shopping and Tre Styles was so good at his job that he made the sell. I am so pleased with my visit to McCombs Ford West. I had went to another dealership and got the runaround that they could do the best deal and all that hoopla. But when I was looking for my truck a sales pe went to another dealership and got the runaround that they could do the best deal and all that hoopla. But when I was looking for my truck a sales person came out her name was Toya Steward. She made me feel so comfortable about the whole situation not pushing too hard to they me something that I didn’t want. When I thought I was done looking Toya said give me a minute and got on the computer and said she would be right back.When she came back and said let’s go test drive this I think your gonna like this. And that’s the truck that I bought. Thank you Toya Steward for not giving up and going that extra mile to take care of me. More

Mr. Laith Abu Matter worked hard to get us a new vehicle. But failed to follow-up on the referral payment that was promised. It's ten months later and no one will return our phone calls. Two referred paymen But failed to follow-up on the referral payment that was promised. It's ten months later and no one will return our phone calls. Two referred payments was never paid for two new vehicle or the T.V. That was promised. Very Sad. More
