My elderly parents went in for a warranty issue they have had since they purchased their Ford Focus here! A lady convinced to get a new vehicle as the warranty was going to end and they would eventually stay had since they purchased their Ford Focus here! Not only that they gave them nothing for the junk they sold them in the first place! Taking advantage of elderly people is unethical! How do you sleep at night knowing you took advantage of elderly people on a fixed budget! You told them they had no choice it was a new car and that’s all they had!
