Once I choose a SUV JD spoke with the financial officer. It was quick and easy. We signed papers and left with a new 2020 Ford Escape. Almost impossible to schedule service! Called twice and left messages twice and waited three days with no callback. Then made an appointment through the website and received no callback. Dropped the truck left messages twice and waited three days with no callback. Then made an appointment through the website and received no callback. Dropped the truck off the date of the appt and was told there wasn't an appt and the website sometimes doesn't work. If the website doesn't work or no one answers the phone to schedule service then how do I schedule service for a vehicle that I purchased from them? If I would have known it would be that hard to get an appt for service I would not have purchased the vehicle from them and gone to a different dealer with a reputable service department. McCombs West, please either fix your website with phone numbers that are answered or an internet appt system that works. Fords that are sold with warranties are supposed to have service associated with them and if I can't get the truck serviced then there is a breach of contract. More
