We met our salesman JD who was extremely knowledgeable and nice. He went above and beyond looking for the right truck for us, they did not have it on the lot and it took a few hours of searching for it at other dealerships because they were selling so quickly. We finally found the truck my husband wanted and JD personally drove a 3 hour round trip to pick it up and bring it to us that same day. We were at the dealership for a long time but everyone made us feel at home along with our 4 and 7 year old boys. Our finance guy Soheil did an amazing job getting us an even lower interest rate than we thought possible! Blew our mind with his knowledge and expertise and friendliness. Our phones started dying and we were even given D’s personal wireless charger to keep so that we could charge our phones. Overall I’m so happy with the team and their service and dedication, it made us feel comfortable and very grateful to have that level of service. Keep it up guys! Great experience I dreaded going into the dealership to look at a new truck but Terry made my experience quick and easy making sure I got to look at every truck in the I dreaded going into the dealership to look at a new truck but Terry made my experience quick and easy making sure I got to look at every truck in the different colors made sure I was happy with the color I wanted. He didnt rush me and made sure to answer any and all questions about the truck during my test drive. He made the process of transitioning my belongings from the rav 4 we had previously owned to the truck we bought. I really appreciated the fact that he was genuinely interested in helping me find the truck that was right for me. I also was appreciative of alex for taking his time in explaining the ford app that the dealership had for their new trucks and the fact that he took his time to explain step by step the process of downloading and making sure the app was up and running in my tuck ready to go before I left the dealership. It's because of these two men with their dedication and commitment on making sure that their customers are happy that I would definitely recommend my friends and family in purchasing a vehicle at this dealership!!!
