Thank you Ernest!!! At first I was not sure about Ford so I did stall about going but I finally decided to go after hearing from great friends of how good this place is a At first I was not sure about Ford so I did stall about going but I finally decided to go after hearing from great friends of how good this place is and how Ernest knows what he is doing when it comes to sales. I was worried that I was gonna spend the WHOLE day there and not get approved but that didn’t happen. I told Ernest what I was looking for and what I was worried about and he took care of everything in a very timely manner. I left with a new 2019 Ford Escape SE and Ernest took the time to get me setup in my new vehicle explained everything very clearly. Thank you Ernest Reyes for making this process very smooth and for not wasting anytime. This is the BEST I’ve had dealing with car dealerships and sales.
