Thank you Ernest!!! At first I was not sure about Ford so I did stall about going but I finally decided to go after hearing from great friends of how good this place is a At first I was not sure about Ford so I did stall about going but I finally decided to go after hearing from great friends of how good this place is and how Ernest knows what he is doing when it comes to sales. I was worried that I was gonna spend the WHOLE day there and not get approved but that didn’t happen. I told Ernest what I was looking for and what I was worried about and he took care of everything in a very timely manner. I left with a new 2019 Ford Escape SE and Ernest took the time to get me setup in my new vehicle explained everything very clearly. Thank you Ernest Reyes for making this process very smooth and for not wasting anytime. This is the BEST I’ve had dealing with car dealerships and sales. From this experience I will be happy to share and let others know how great Ernest did and how he helped me out. Thank you! More

Josh and Jose saved me! Working in pipeline I need a very specific type of vehicle to get where I need to be. I looked at every dealership from San Marcos to San Antonio then I found McCombs Ford West. I spoke with Josh on the phone and explained what I was looking for. He found me the perfect vehicle and had it ready for me before I even got there. Jose made the entire process from there a breeze. He went out of his way to make sure I didn't have to worry about anything. Even though I work out of town Josh always makes sure to check in time to time to see that all is well.
