Our experience with Toya was excellent. Toya was very quick to pick up on our needs. The whole experience moved along very quickly, as compared to other car purchases that seemed to take hou Toya was very quick to pick up on our needs. As she was helping me clean out our trade-in I found our CD's and realized the model we were purchasing did not have a CD player. After consulting with my husband, it was determined that a CD player was a must, so we had to move up a model. Toya handled this very well. She is a real pro. The car is equipped to practically drive itself with lots of safety features. Right now I'm learning on a need to know basis. I keep the learning videos on my desk top and Alex has been very helpful in that regard.
