No care for customer service, nothing but lies fed to me Where do I start. Terrible customer service, they don’t care about customer satisfaction or safety. So many issues happened but the worst one was when I picked up my brand new car it was shaking horribly, left it back at the dealer to check and fix the issue causing a big inconvenience for me. Picked it up the next day and it’s still shaking, they refused to fix the tires saying “they just needed to be broken in”. I reluctantly took it and took a long distance trip worried constantly about the tires since it was shaking horribly the whole time. They were aware of my long trip and I made it very clear safety was my big concern. I took my car to a tire shop and the ford dealer in Kansas and they both agreed the tires were bad and couldn’t believe the dealer wouldn’t change them. This is the second brand new vehicle I purchased there and not a xxxx thing was offered to me for the inconvenience. Horrible, I don’t know where they went wrong. Other issues were broken antenna, bad battery, and now I’m dealing with a seat belt that won’t retract. I’m not going to a different dealer because I can’t deal with those people anymore, terrible, especially the manager Joe who constantly lied to me. He told me “they are working on the seatbelt as we speak and should be ready by noon”, well I had already been told by service the part is not in and it takes 3 days to get it. So yeah, all lies. More
