He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and even gave me time to think before getting into the let's make a deal phase. Once we got to the finance side of things Jason was amazing! He explained every option, answered all my questions, and helped me make the best decision. Every single person I interacted with was so nice and really helpful. I can not recommend McCombs Ford West enough! I have worked in a dealership and vowed I would never purchase car from them based on what I had seen. I purchased a car from a different dealership and I felt so pressured to make a decision and I ended up making a deal that was less than ideal. McCombs Ford West has completely changed my mind! More

It took a lot of work but Ash never gave up and helped us find a 2018 Chevrolet Spark within our metrics. Very professional and friendly! Jesse Veliz was awesome! Contacted him through a customer referral and he tried his very best to help me. I wasn't able to purchase a car the 1st day Jesse Veliz was awesome! Contacted him through a customer referral and he tried his very best to help me. I wasn't able to purchase a car the 1st day I visited the lot but he stayed patient and checked up on me if there was anything he could do to help. It wasnt until my car breaking down is when he happened to call to check up on me and asked me to come down to help since I now needed a car more than ever. He helped me when other dealerships wouldn't or said they couldn't help. Thank you Jesse and thank you Red McCombs Ford West! I now have the car I really wanted and have the extra room I needed for my boys and their baseball equipment! My family and I thank you! More
