Ford West was super easy to deal with and James Conley was super knowledgeable about the various options that I was interested in!! Regarding the dealership, there was miscommunication between someone else I spoke with before arriving— I was quoted a different price, but thankfully it was honored. The person who did the door guards and tint did not do a good job: the door guards are “bubbling” at places and I have a few spots in the tint. Also, he used my door handles as a hanger for his spray bottle while prepping the car for the paint guard, which seemed counterintuitive. More
