New car buying experience was overall great. It was when it came time for warranty work that the issues arise. The Service Advisors that I have dealt with don’t seem to give any effort to real c It was when it came time for warranty work that the issues arise. The Service Advisors that I have dealt with don’t seem to give any effort to real customer service. I recently had my vehicle in for a warranty repair and they did not follow up with me at all on the status of things. The only way I found out updates was to keep calling them or showing up in person. The desk representative would leave the Service Advisors messages to contact me and they never would. It got to the point where the desk representative got status updates for me instead. I was also I told on a few occasions that the car was out for a test drive to verify if the issue was fixed. I monitored the FordPass app and the car wasn’t moving. Along with that lie, I picked up my car to discover the dash-cam was unplugged from the actual unit. They unplugged it the day I dropped it off. To me this is a shady practice. Almost like they don’t want you to see what times they were actually working on it. I attempted to contact them about the dash-cam issue since I picked up after the Service Advisor was already gone….but once again….no return call to explain. More
