When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by smiles from every single person on staff. Ken was an exceptional partner in our purchase of our new Mach-e, building on our initial confidence in purchasing from him and the dealership. He took the time to explain every step of the process, and even helped us to set up CarPlay, and program the touch key door entry. 11/10 would recommend! I didn't like how financing was moving numbers around because the math wasn't mathing. We had to call them out and we shouldn't have to that ... They also told us that they would help getting a flat tow set up. I got a call with a number 2 weeks later. I called the number and left a message, never got a call back.
