This is the absolute worst dealer service center i have ever encountered and is an embarrassment to Ford. Our 2020 Escape is inoperable and has not even been looked at all week and 3 phone messages not ret ever encountered and is an embarrassment to Ford. Our 2020 Escape is inoperable and has not even been looked at all week and 3 phone messages not returned to check on the status. There is a “wait list” for a rental vehicle and no ETA on determining the issue or getting it repaired. I will be contacting the regional service manager and will never return to this dealer for purchase or service. More
