Had the best experience at McCombs Fords West. Marwan Nsaif made the buying experience an easy one. Bought a 2021 F-150 power boost with a great price, and excellent interest rate. I have bought several trucks at other dealerships, but not with the same attention from beginning to end. Marwan always made sure I was satisfied with the product. I tried scheduling an appointment for an oil change. McCombs Ford West does not accept oil change appointments. So on a Tuesday morning, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The so call McCombs Ford West does not accept oil change appointments. So on a Tuesday morning, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The so called “Quick Lane” (service while you wait) estimated time was 4 hours. Nice young man that was checking in vehicles for service told me he’s put me in the system and I’d be in the queue when I returned in four hours. When I returned and checked back in they told me there were 3 vehicles ahead of me so it would be 45 minutes before my car would be serviced. It was 75 minutes before my car began service. There were only 4 of the 8 bays being used, so it’s obvious that the dealership service department is understaffed. McCombs Ford West needs to let customers schedule oil change services or be able to provide a quick service experience. More
