I recently purchase a Ford F-150 from McCombs Ford West and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. I have never knowingly pay sticker price and certainly never paid above sticker price. Therefore, I was very surprised to learn I had paid $3,500 over list price due to some slick manipulation by the salesperson. Unfortunately, by the time I figured this out all the paperwork had been signed. I also purchased a 7-year, 125.000-mile extended warranty, but never received any paperwork on it. This will most certainly be the last time I purchase anything from McCombs Ford or McCombs Ford West and will never bring my vehicle to them for service. If you’re interested in purchasing a Ford, I strongly suggest finding a different dealership to work with, since I can only assume these sales tactics reflects their leadership desires. More
