Total Staff of Professional, Caring People Actually went to this dealership for service. Decided to take a look at new vehicles while waiting, as I have been thinking about a new car purchase f Actually went to this dealership for service. Decided to take a look at new vehicles while waiting, as I have been thinking about a new car purchase for some time now. My service representative, Tom Bozio, contacted and introduced me to sales rep, Henry Bujold. After becoming acquainted with my vehicle history and my wishes regarding my next purchase, Henry explained to me the differences in models on the showroom floor and answered my questions. We then headed outside to look at inventory that would take care of my needs and wishes. Again questions were answered fully in a friendly and respectful manner. A test drive followed with an introduction to the dashboard and other interior features. Back inside, we began discussing the cost of the vehicle In which I had taken interest. We discussed warranty extension and the length of financing desired amongst other things. A great deal of patience was shown by Henry as we tried to get an authorization number from GM for a family discount through my brother who was having a hard time navigating the computer program designed for this purpose on the other end of my cell phone line. Henry's knowledge and instruction finally made this possible. In the meantime, Raj, the finance person who handled my purchase was making arrangements with my credit union for financing, gathering and filling out all the necessary paper work, and Henry was multi-tasking, contacting my insurance agent and arranging for coverage. It was necessary for me to leave the dealership at this point for a period of four hours, so after signing the required documents I was off. Henry wanted to show me a few more details on the new vehicle, so we agreed to meet again a half hour before closing. I took the vehicle I had brought in for servicing and left. Upon my return, fifteen minutes later than we had agreed upon, my new Terrain awaited. Henry delivered all the paper work to me and then gave me a more detailed run through of operating the features that were new to me. He did the Onstar connection with me and connected my phone to Bluetooth. He also had one of the staff detailers rewipe my windows to make them streak free. During my time at the dealership, I had reason to interact with four or five other staff members, all of whom were friendly, and helpful. There was nothing stressful about the atmosphere here. Did I mention that Henry gave me some privacy so that I could seek reactions and advice from three friends, whose opinions I respect, regarding the terms of my purchase, before I made the final decision to buy? What more can I say? Henry stayed twenty-five minutes late to see me through this whole process, after an already long day. Kudos and thanks to all at McDonald GMC Cadillac. And thank you to Tom Bozio in service, whose care over the last ten years in the service department, has made me a fan of this dealership. More

The Ultimate experience in buying a new vehicle! I went in to the dealership and told the salesperson exactly what I was looking for. He showed me several options that I had. Not interested I came to dealership because of promotion for $25 Visa for free test drive. During my visit I wanted to test drive an Equinox that I'm interested in p I came to dealership because of promotion for $25 Visa for free test drive. During my visit I wanted to test drive an Equinox that I'm interested in purchasing for lease option before December 2017. The dealer approached me and after telling him why I was there he told me he had an Terrain I could test drive he didn't have an Equinox for me to try. I just agreed to test drive the Terrain after repeatedly explaining I wasn't interested. During the drive he was very short with conversation and answer. I felted he wasn't interested in my concern's so I stopped talking also. After returning to dealership he guided me to park next to and Equinox so I really felt he wasn't interested in the sale. After an 30 minute wait and several attempt's to locate him after being placed at his office desk waiting for the$25 Visa card he came back with an $25 Speedway card. I was disappointed only due to expecting an Visa since that's what the promotion stated and I don't support Speedway.Needless to say after shopping for years with McDonald Cadillac I took my business to Martin Chevrolet and recieved good customer service and will be purchasing my new vehicle this friday. More
