Review of purchasing 2017 Acadia on Aug. 23, 2017 I was extremely pleased with the purchasing process for my Acadia 2017 model. Joe Latty was the salesman and he was the probably the best salesman I h I was extremely pleased with the purchasing process for my Acadia 2017 model. Joe Latty was the salesman and he was the probably the best salesman I have ever encountered when purchasing a new vehicle. And I have purchased many and from several dealerships including some from this dealership. He was so efficient and did not repeatedly call me for information that he had forgotten to include in paper work. Because he had gotten some information he needed in the morning from my husband he even had much of the paperwork done before I got there. ( I had driven the Acadia over night to test it out to be sure it was what would meet my needs and lifestyle and then brought it back the following afternoon.) I got there about 1:30 and they detailed the car, did the paper work with the sales manager and that was it. I was done a little after 3:00 and the car was waiting for me!! He was even able to clean up the On Star mess that was created when I had bought my last vehicle from this dealership from another salesman. It was such a fiasco that I had finally written On Star and told them to cancel my subscription. This salesman was extremely patient and answered all questions that I had without me feeling that one might be stupid. He was not pushy and his actions and mannerisms showed that he definitely knew what he was doing. And in this day and age that does not seem to me to happen very often!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
