I reached out to Grant (who previously helped my brother secure a lease) around March 2017, when I still had about 8 months left in my 2014 GMC Terrain lease. I mentioned to him that I was looking for a lower payment, something as nice or nicer than what I had, lease pull-ahead, and at least 12,000 miles per year (a tall order!) I'm sure he could have laughed me off, but Grant was friendly, honest, available, and easy to communicate with during the whole process. He kept in touch every month letting me know about the best deals for my situation, until he finally found a great lease deal for me a few days ago. My situation was also unique in that I was working with him from 100 miles away! I never even stepped foot in the dealership but absolutely felt like I had personalized service. Within a few days span, he had everything ready, went out of his way to deliver papers, and even had the car delivered to my home in metro Detroit (with a full tank of gas!) I can't say enough about how awesome and easy going he was to work with, and was always a text or phone call away. I highly recommend working with Grant and McDonald GMC and will surely contact them again in 24 months (or less) when my new lease is up. More

Excellent team Came looking for a used truck. Specifically diesel 3/4 ton. Nobody tried to talk me into a different vehicle no pressure sales. They just showed me Came looking for a used truck. Arranged for me to test drive, allowed me to take overnight to be driven more and inspected by my own mechanic. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Made a stressful experience run much more smoothly and put my mind at ease. If u are in the need for a new vehicle I highly recommend grant or Brad. My entire transaction is not completed to entirety- I will be reporting to the service garage Monday for a front end alignment that was needed and further assistance with some speaker issues that I found. Also the truck that I purchased will be cleaned inside and out as it was a bit dirty when I test drove (gum wrappers under seat etc.). More
