VERY WEEL IMPRESSED AND PLEASED We were in a car loan and needed to get out of it because it was not healthy or comfortable for me or my husband and had tried many dealers before and We were in a car loan and needed to get out of it because it was not healthy or comfortable for me or my husband and had tried many dealers before and kept being turned down and unable to trade in the car we so needed to get out of then got about 3 letters in the mail saying this dealer could get us something different and so after about the 3rd letter we decided to check it out on a Wednesday we looked at a truck and was told that maybe by Thursday or Friday we might be able to get something different by Thursday we got a call and was told to come and deal further and was very happy to have by Friday a different truck that was much more comfortable, affordable, and convenient as well so within 3 days we were VERY PLEASED to have something just like the letters we had been getting said the Lady we were dealing with (Shauna Drozdowski) did everything possible to not let us leave that dealer empty handed and with something different she was very kind, made every effort possible to please and help us and we would recommend her to ANYONE!! looking for a new or used car or truck we had awesome service and help with her thank you so much for this new blessing of a truck we for 6 months have been trying to get out of with no success at all until Saginaw Mi McDonald GMC Cadillac and Shauna Drozdowski thanks again for your wonderful service VERY PLEASED Sincerely Leo and Heather Strike More

Friendly Sales Staff made it easy to buy my dream car I found a particular car on the internet and called the dealership to have a look. I was connected to Jeff Gronski and made arrangements to see the ca I found a particular car on the internet and called the dealership to have a look. I was connected to Jeff Gronski and made arrangements to see the car at 6:00 PM that night. As I was traveling 75 miles to see the car, he told me he would call me at 5:00 PM to verify that I was actually driving up to Saginaw as planned. Like clockwork he called me at 5;00 and I met him at 6:00 as planned and was escorted to the warehouse to see the car. The car was as described only cleaner. It was spotless and the negotiations began. I had a trade in and was given a fair price, but more importantly, a fair explanation as to why the price was what it was. The dealership and I negotiated a fair deal in short order and I took home my new car that night. Everyone whom I spoke with was courteous and friendly. The young lady who helped me through the financing paperwork was a pleasure to work with and Mike Schmidt was very friendly and willing to make me feel at home as well. Jeff did not pressure me into buying the car, he merely made my decision easy by providing an excellent opportunity with a beautiful car at a price I could not turn down. Thank you Jeff. More
