Unexpected New Car Sales I highly recommend Joe Latty at McDonald Gmc,Cadillac He's is very knowledgeable about vehicles and is willing to work for you and what you want, if t I highly recommend Joe Latty at McDonald Gmc,Cadillac He's is very knowledgeable about vehicles and is willing to work for you and what you want, if they don't have what you want he will work to find what you want or find something very comparable to what you are looking for and will do the best he can to get the price you want. I was thinking about purchasing a new vehicle and on was unsure what I was looking for went to visit Joe let him know I was thinking about a GMC Terrain and would like to take one for a ride he wanted to know what features I would like pulled a vehicle up for me to drive, from there I found my new ride we worked out color,features and price needless to say he worked and got me all of my request he goes above and beyond for his customers. Due to his passion for his customers he received another vehicle purchase from my household in less than 4Months. We visited others dealers told them what we were looking in a vehicle and price they made us feel unimportant and did not value your you opinions they said they calls us needless to say we never heard from those dealers. Bought a Bad Car and Bad experience I bought a Buick Enclave I like the style and the durability of a Buick for I own two of them this would been my third when I first went in there to b I bought a Buick Enclave I like the style and the durability of a Buick for I own two of them this would been my third when I first went in there to buy the vehicle I was wanting to put a large down payment wasn't too interested in running credit at that point the salesperson Jeff talk me into see what they could get for financing and that it does not run my credit it doesn't hit your report he says two seconds after he walks away from the desk my phone goes off so right then I should have known and got up and walked away but I still liked the car alot so we get the financing which they had a gap in at the last minute added another 900 to the loan I buy the vehicle 6 days later timing goes bad they tell me it's a $1,800 job and that I pay 800 they pay a thousand that was only because 6 days after buying the vehicle they forgot to take the down payment money which was $5,000 so I take the money in there and tell them that my car now has issues and I want you guys to treat me right I will you know of course hold up my end of the deal but you guys need to give me a good running vehicle which I feel is fair with having 5,000 downpayment so I pay the $800 to get it fixed they had the car for a week and a half I go back to get the vehicle and they had both sets of keys and the service department only gives me one set of keys and tells me that used cars has the other set so I go back tool used cars in a Shana hey will you look in there for my keys she says I know for sure they're not in there those are only cars on our lot and refuse to look told me service had to have them so I go back and forth from used cars and the service department trying to find my keys we'll finally I asked this older gentleman who sat in the front of the used cars dealership and ask him to look in this box because I know for sure my keys are in there because it had a white tag and that's where the white tag Keys went he said those are supposed to be removed when the vehicle is sold and I said well it didn't get removed I took it home like that I even had stickers on it I said hate they didn't even take the down payment there's a lot of things they didn't do right so I know my keys are in there well guess what they were all that time I wasted back and forth to dealership it was like an hour so I got both sets of keys and I'm awake I'm leaving now at this point have no intentions of wanting to return I've had this terrible experience vehicle I drive it and guess what 6 days later there's another problem the power steering pump pulley is bent and causes power steering failure I take it into the dealership and on this particular model you have to remove either the pulley or the pump to access that panel it even lists it on the timing receipt it was under GM special coverage so they repaired it so they have my car for another three days then I get it back and then guess what 6 days later I have transmission issues and now they tell me I need to ( own my vehicle) I feel after putting 5000 down and 3000 additional and repairs because the first six days I owned it the second day I put brand new brakes and rotors all the way around which was $600 and now I'm told it needs another 3000 to fix the transmission I barely got to own the vehicle they had it longer in the repair shop at the dealership longer than I could have it and now I'm stuck not having a reliable vehicle for my family I wish i never stoped there this has been very stressful experience More
