All with in budget and they were so helpful every step of the way ! and what makes this experience even better for us is that we never set foot on the lot. Jim ( the gentleman who delivered the truck to my house) was just as wonderful. He was polite and patient and even took the time to come back into work tonight just to deliver my truck so we didn't have to go one more day without a vehicle. I haven't seen this much customer appreciation or satisfaction in a very long time !! McDonalds went above and beyond and they have no problem going the extra mile to make this as simple as possible ! Make the call I knew I needed to refinance my car loan, but avoided calling anyone thinking it was a waste of time and who needs rejection.. Well it wasn't.
